Ways To Get Involved

One of the most important elements of the study will be continually soliciting input from the public along the way. Alternatives will be evaluated and presented to project stakeholders and the public to gain input as part of the ultimate determination of the preferred alternative. The overarching goal of the project team is to arrive at a reroute alternative that best support the goals of the project, account for project costs and constructability and avoid, minimize, or mitigate environmental impacts. You can get involved by:

  • Joining our mailing list to receive project updates and newsletters
  • Submitting an online comment form
  • Calling and leaving a message on the project hotline 855-SBN-RAIL (855-726-7245)
  • Encouraging your friends, family, coworkers and neighbors to participate
  • Watching for media coverage, mailers or email notifications about project updates
